1. Service Provisioning
Tapzi is delivered as a cloud and local hybrid software solution by Asha IT Solutions. Tapzi facilitates table-based contactless dining, real-time Kitchen Display System (KDS) order routing, cashier POS billing, and floor staff service coordination for licensed hospitality venues.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
Diners, venue personnel, and visitors agree to utilize the platform exclusively for genuine food and beverage ordering and service coordination. Submitting intentional spam tickets, automated bot requests, or attempting to forge table access tokens is strictly prohibited.
3. Restaurant Rights & Order Fulfillment
Participating restaurants retain full discretion to confirm or reject pending order tickets based on ingredient availability, kitchen capacity, or table occupancy. The restaurant venue is solely responsible for food preparation, hygiene, quality, and statutory food safety compliance.
4. Intellectual Property
All source code, proprietary algorithms, design tokens, UI layouts, brand trademarks, and documentation related to Tapzi are the exclusive intellectual property of Asha IT Solutions. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or redistributing is forbidden.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising under these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram / Haryana, India.
